Procedure Overview:

1. Initial Consultation: Before the procedure, you'll typically have a consultation with a dentist or dental professional to assess your oral health and determine if teeth whitening is suitable for you. They will also discuss your expectations and the anticipated results.
2. Preparation: The dentist will prepare you for the treatment by protecting your gums and lips with a barrier to prevent any contact with the whitening gel, which can cause irritation.
3. Application of Whitening Gel: The 25% hydrogen peroxide gel is then carefully applied to the surfaces of your teeth. This gel is activated by a special LED light, which helps to accelerate the whitening process.
4. Light Activation: The LED light is positioned over your teeth for 4x15 minute intervals to activate the hydrogen peroxide gel. This light helps to penetrate the enamel and break down stains and discoloration.
